• Claims for any defect in the product shall only be accepted with in 7 days of purchase with original receipt only.
• Company’s decision regarding the product claim would be final that cannot be challenged in any court.
• Exchange shall only be accepted with in 7 days only. (Unless used)
• No refund shall be given on discounted products.
• On customized order company would charge 100% payment in advance. In case of refund 30% will be deducted from total amount.

 

                                  International Delivery

• The estimated dispatch time for International order is 3 to 5 working after the order has been confirmed.
• The delivery time may vary depending on the destination.
• Marcilo will not be responsible for any refund if the consignee requests for order cancellation once the order “is in process”.
• Customers will be liable to bear the shipment and custom charges if they refuse or receive the delivery.
• Customer will pay for the shipment charges if delivery destination is outside Pakistan.
